The Melancon Model # 62-WGL is a Lightweight, Dependable, High Pressure valve lubrication gun. It builds up to 12,000 psi or more with little effort. Completely equipped with a high pressure hose assembly including 15,000 psi gauge with cover, swivel, giant button head coupler with pressure release, solid steel tee & check valve. Fully loaded, this gun weighs only 11 lbs. It has a Heavy-Duty aluminum barrel and uses a “K” size stick (12 sticks per box, 6 boxes per case). It delivers approximately 1/16 oz. per stroke. This is a very reliable and dependable unit.
We also offer the Melancon Model # 62-CT for 14.5 oz. or 1 lb. Cartidges, which allows you to inject "Bulk Grade" / softer Lubricants, Sealants, Valve Cleaner or Valve Purge. It is the same unit as the Model # 62-WGL with a Larger Barrel. (not pictured)

Model # 67 Hand Operated Bucket Pump (15,000 psi) |

The Melancon Model # 67 is a rugged 15,000 psi Bucket Pump. It is ideal for valve lubrication in the field, when an air supply is not available. Equipped with a 15,000 psi hand pump, canister, 10’ grease hose, 15,000 psi liquid filled gauge with cover, swivels, spring loaded follower plate, pressure release and W-2 safety adapter for safe valve lube sealant injection. A giant button head coupler is included. It delivers approximately 1/16 oz. per stroke. For best results, we recommend bulk loading the canister form a 5 gallon pail. Fully loaded, this unit weighs approximately 35 lbs.
Note: Please specify a soft, bulk grade product, when ordering valve lube sealant for use with this pump. The Follower Plate can be cut to fit either 10 lb. cans or Bulk filled.
Examples: 94-S-10 or VPX-10 for 10 lb. cans or 90HT-S-40 for Bulk Filling the Bucket Pump from a 40 lb. / 5 Gallon Pail. |
